That being said, if you see your team is starting to climb into the double digits, you should start putting together a Human Resources department.

There’s a business rule that states you should consider making HR one of your first 25 hires. This seems like a small number, but in reality this tends to be where the company problems begin.

From here on out, if everything goes smoothly, your company will only continue to grow. That also means you won’t be able to keep an eye on your workers nearly as well as you used to.
